Harassment on the Base of Race, Color and Religion
This type of harassment involves all the disparaging remarks made about an individual regarding his or her ethnicity, all racial jokes or uncomplimentary comments, or other verbal or physical behavior that offends the individual and creates a hostile environment for that individual to work in .
Also separation of the minority from the majority group to an isolated place is illegal and might be considered to be harassment by some employees.
If some employees feel that their supervisors are scheduling examinations, or any other activities in conflict with their religious needs, the employees can approach their supervisors with a request of not doing so. If the supervisor does not heed to the employees needs, this might be considered to be a harassment on the basis of discrimination according to Title Vii of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
