Harassment on the basis of National Origin, Age and Disability

The law requires that in a workplace an individual's nationality be respected. Any degrading language about a person's nationality that might affect his or her working environment or employment opportunities would be called harassment under Title VII of the Civil Acts of 1964

Also, any harassment on the basis of age is considered to be illegal

Even though the Supreme Court is still to weigh the issue on Disability harassment, the Fourth Circuit and the Fifth Circuit federal courts have passed a decision that harassing an individual with disabilities would mean violating the "Americans Disability Act"
